The Brooks at Weatherford | Ryan and Hannah’s 2020 wedding
The Brooks at Weatherford was such a beautiful wedding venue for Ryan and Hannah’s fall wedding. 2020 has thrown enough at us, so it was a breath of fresh air to see the sun shining and near perfect temperatures for Hannah and Ryan’s wedding. Sunshine on a wedding day is what every photographer hopes to see. You just can’t beat clear skies during a time of year that is often full of rain and cold.
6 years ago I was the photographer for Hannah’s brother’s wedding. It is always such an honor to be the photographer for multiple weddings in a family. It shows the trust they put in me and confirms that what I do really does matter. The way I invest in families and their photos matters to families. It matters to me. And it is always so great when couples see that!
Well, back to Hannah and Ryan. Their wedding was the event of 2020. Seriously. Google best wedding of 2020 and surely their’s will be at the top of your search results. 2020 has been an odd year. Early in the year weddings were shut down. Then, weddings were allowed, but they were small. We are finally crawling out of that season and finding a way to do weddings again here in Dallas. And for the first time in a long time I felt like normal. Things didn’t seem weird. This wedding was full of love, laughter, dancing, hugging, celebrating, and joy. As a photographer, it was a breath of fresh air. Well, I guess the air wasn’t fresh since I was wearing a mask…but a breath of air nonetheless.
Here is a preview of their wedding at The Brooks at Weatherford. If you missed it, I am sorry. You sure missed a celebration! Hannah and Ryan are loved by so many, and as you see in these photos, they are crazy about each other!
