Taylor & Jarrod’s Springtime Avalon Legacy Ranch Wedding // McKinney, TX

COVID-19 has affected the entire world, and weddings were not exempt from this. Who would have thought that this wedding at Avalon Legacy Ranch in McKinney would be my last for a while. An indefinite while. As I write this, the government has officially shut down weddings and I am just waiting until I will be allowed to be a photographer again. As a photographer, we are used to shooting all the time. And here we are, at a standstill. Dallas weddings are on hold, bluebonnet pictures are cancelled, and engagement shoots are being rescheduled. Being a Dallas wedding photographer in this mess has been overwhelming. I feel for my couples, I feel for my industry friends, and I feel for all those impacted by COVID-19.

So as we all sit here in our homes, here is a little joy to share with you instead of all the news you keep checking. Jarrod and Taylor got married at Avalon Legacy Ranch on a beautiful March Saturday. It could not have been better weather!
