Rustic Love Story // Rustic Grace, Van Alstyne, Texas

Derek and Holley were married in rural Van Alstyne at the Rustic Grace Estate. After many years of dating they finally tied the knot! This couple has been through many experiences together, but none like this special day where they would be joined for life. It was an emotional day full of joy and tears!

Holley did a fantastic job planning the elegant decor with flowers, lanterns, and some of her favorite romantic quotes. Meringue Bakery provided the fantastic wedding cake and Fireman themed groom’s cake in honor of Derek who serves his community as a firefighter in Sherman, Texas. S-S Catering brought the great meal and DJ Connection brought the fun!

I never cease to be amazed by how well the venue suits such a beautiful ceremony. Rustic Grace’s long isle, high ceiling rafters, and wide windows create the perfect atmosphere for the beginning of an unforgettable union. The bride in white lit up the room, and the sight of Derek seeing his bride would have brought anyone to tears! The love this couple felt for one another was clearly witnessed that day.
