Megan & Cody’s beautiful Dallas Wedding

After very gloomy weather so far this winter wedding season (just part of what comes with the territory when you are a Dallas wedding photographer)…this past weekends weather was a HUGE breath of fresh air! The sun was up, the temperature was bearable, and the skies were blue!

As some of you know, I started a shadowing program to help aspiring photographers grow in their talent and skill. It started with a few aspiring photographers wanting to learn and grow, and is becoming much more than that. In 2015 I will be making the first official announcement about the program and how to apply (so far, it has been mostly under the radar). Well, after shadowing me in 2014, Hannah was ready for prime time! So this past weekend Hannah took the reigns as the lead photographer at Megan & Cody’s wedding! This girl has some natural talent, and am excited for her to be an Associate Photographer at Ryan O’Dowd Photography this year!

Ok…back to the most important part of that day: Megan and Cody. Megan & Cody had their beautiful wedding at Farmers Branch Church of Christ, followed by a reception at Slates II Creek in Richardson. This weddings was full of so much joy and laughter…we had a blast!
