Jacob & Hayley’s winter wedding in McKinney

Being a Dallas wedding photographer allows me to travel all over the metroplex & even to some destination weddings each year. But for this wedding, it was right in my back yard, in fact, it was a our church and the groom was one of the pastors at my church: Imago Dei McKinney.

There is not enough room in a small blog post to explain how honored I was to be the photographer at Jacob & Hayley’s wedding. As I have gotten to know Jacob & his family through church, it has become clear to me that this was a family who truly lived out their faith. Jacob & Hayley are much respected, looked up to, and loved by those who know them. They are the couple that everyone wants to model their relationship after…the couple that you know loves Jesus & truly desires to serve others. You can just tell by being around them that they both bring out the best in each other and the best out of those they are around.

Jacob & Haley’s wedding ceremony was at Parkway Baptist Church in McKinney (also where Imago Dei Church meets). Hayley wore her mom’s wedding dress as she came down that aisle…it was such beautiful ceremony filled with people who came to celebrate with them. Here is a little preview of their joy filled wedding…
