Becky’s Bridal Portraits at the NYLO in Plano

Becky drove in to Dallas (from Austin) for her bridal session, not knowing that a huge storm was coming (and neither did anyone else…since that seems to be how the weather works here in Dallas-Fort Worth…but I guess it is better to rain on your Bridal shoot than your wedding day). So the night before the session I called Becky to see if she would be okay if we moved the shoot from Los Colinas Canals (outdoors) to the NYLO in Plano ( Loft Boutique Hotel). Glad we did, because the next day it was below freezing and winds were over 20mph…not the best setting for bridal portraits wearing a wedding dress with an huge veil.

Sidenote about the NYLO: This was my first time at the NYLO and I could not have been happier. The staff was extremely accommodating, allowing us to reserve the space on such short notice and move anything around so we could take the best pictures possible of Becky in her stunning wedding dress. So thank you to the NYLO, who made what could have been a cancelled shoot into one that Becky and Adam will always treasure.
