A Springtime wedding in McKinney

A wedding at Chestnut Square is always an amazing event to photograph. But this wedding was one that reminds us all that it is never too late to find true love. I know it seems most people get married young, but what about those who aren’t married yet and find each other later in life. The tears, the joy, the love that was shared reminded me that love continues in your second act. 

April and Tom are both skydivers…Tom being the leader of a skydiver group that you have probably seen if you have ever seen skydivers around the state of Texas. He has parachuted in  countless stadiums and done performances around the world. I guess it takes this kind of confidence to go skydiving on your wedding day when you are over 65. 

These two got married during covid with no one around, and decided to have another wedding when things opened back up again. Here is a preview of some of their photos from their wedding at Chestnut Square.
